Executive Chef Jamie MacDonald and our talented staff prepare imaginative menus that change every season. You may find signature dishes including Isla Mujeres, Fried Shrimp, Blackened Snapper, Seared Tuna, Grilled Lamb Chops or Akaushi Chicken Fried Steak. The Lakewood wait staff is guided by Ezra Garza, a consummate food service professional, who oversees our staff so members and guests are always treated to discreet, personal service every time they enjoy the ever-changing menu and wine list.
