Enter by or before the Captains' Roundtable on September 11, 2010, to be eligible for Early Bird Drawing for a valuable prize from our founding sponsor, Bacardi®.

4. Returning Cruisers, review the Cruising Handicap Database.
      (When finalized, a link to the Cruising Class Rules for 2010 will be provided here.)

  • If your boat raced in Harvest Moon Regatta® 2007, 2008 OR 2009, we may have calculated her rating for 2010.  Check our database.  If your boat is in the database, verify that our information is correct and make a note of your rating for the 2010 regatta. 
  • Use the rating you located in our database to simplify your on-line entry process.
  • Please note, the Race Committee may assign you a different rating than in prior years. 

 

5. Click Here to Enter the Race Online.


6. Save your confirmation email. 

  • After registering for the race you will receive a confirmation email from HMR@LakewoodYachtClub.com.  It contains important links for editing your registration.


7. Provide the required handicap information.

  • Cruising Fleet boats: use the link in your confirmation email to go to the handicap form.
  • Bacardi Racing Fleet monohulls: fax or upload your signed certificate from ORC Club.
  • Multihulls fax or upload a handicap certificate from TOMA.

  • Signed Handicap Certificates can be uploaded via the link received in your confirmation email or faxed to Lakewood Yacht Club at 281.474.3502


8. Notify your crew members to submit their waivers online.

9. Check the online waiver registrants listing to verify that each crew member has submitted his/her waiver.



10. Attend the Roundtable for important safety advice.

  • September 11, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM at Lakewood Yacht Club


11. Attend the Skipper's Meeting to pick up your Sailing Instructions.

  • October 15, 7:30 PM at Lakewood Yacht Club
    • Skippers packets can be picked up beginning at 6:30 (to give sailors an opportunity to read the sailing instructions in case they have questions that need to be addressed at the Skipper's Meeting). 
    • The formal meeting will begin at 7:30.
    • Bacardi rum tasting and Origin of Spirits Presentation begins immediately following the Skipper's Meeting.

13. Refund Policy.

  • We will refund all but $1 of your registration fee if we receive your request on or before the entry deadline. (This fee goes to the online registration company to defray charge card fees incurred.)

  • There will be no refunds after the entry deadline. (Your entry fee is a tax deductible charitable contribution to Bay Access, Inc.)
